Chinese tech company Xiaomi has launched the ‘Mi Box 4K’ streaming device at an online launch event on Friday. With the help of this device the user can convert his ordinary TV into a smart TV. It is priced at Rs 3,499. This device makes the TV a smart TV through the HDMI port. It converts a normal TV into a smart TV using an Android TV 9 pie powered device. It will go on sale on Sunday. It can be purchased from the company's official website and ecommerce site.

  • This is a kind of set top box, which can be connected via HDMI cable.
  • It is powered by a quadcore processor. With 2GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage.
  • It can be used to stream HDR 10 and 4K content. It will be able to stream over the top 4K and HDR content, including Netflix and Amazon Prime.
